Judge orders man to stop smoking in his OWN home 🚭🚼

They are telling a man who owns his own home and smoking is legal and smoking marijunna is legal also so they are temporary making this man and whoever else smokes in the home stand outside in pooring, hot, or cold weather and smoking is an addiction you crave so much a day. When you wake up after eating ever meal and what the judge said is very stressful so right there is a couple more ciggerates or cigars whatever the man desires. All cause the next door neighbor is pregnant and has a child already and says it comes through the cracks in the basement floor. You can’t tell someone or anyone they can not smoke on their own property. You can’t avoid smoking even walking down the street because of the scent and maybe the second hand smoke from the people of the streets or in their own front yards. People are now telling other people of the United States that people who are free cannot smoke. Well, hmmm, if it is legal why can’t this man smoke in his own home?!?!
